In the 2017/2018 period, Hotel Zodiaco has implemented a project under the ERDF 2014-2020 Operational Program notice 3_2017 of the Autonomous Province of Trento, with the co-financing of the European Union - European Regional Development Fund, the Italian State and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
The project, for a total amount of € 24 thousand co-financed at 50%, intends to respond more immediately to the potential demand, addressing increasingly large sections of the market. The primary objective is the possibility of carrying out a study and an analysis to identify sections of the Italian and foreign market (users of the offered product) classified by category, age and type of request. This study will allow an identification of the market sections of greatest demand of the product and, consequently, a greater concentration on these markets and a better positioning in them.
The search for a better positioning will also and above all concern a social increase of the product that will increase its satisfaction rating; this triggering mechanism through viral campaigns, both through paid channels and in organic form.
Parallel to a better positioning on the markets, the objective to be pursued will be greater navigability of the site, immediacy of the product and identification / purchase of the product, in order to shorten the gap between promotion and sales. The consequent objective will be the realization of a system of preventive calculation and immediate purchase of the product, alias a booking engine that represents a means of response to the most used device, the mobile.
