BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BASIC PACKAGES WITH HOTEL SERVICES ONLY (NO SKI PASS INCLUDED)
At the time of booking, a deposit of 20% of the total stay is required.
Hotel Zodiaco offers its guests the possibility of paying the balance of their stay in one of the following ways: in cash, by cheque, by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners Club), by debit card, by bank transfer before arrival at the hotel.
- Payment by cheque will only be accepted if made on arrival at the hotel;
- The balance of the stay in cash, credit card and debit card is due at the hotel the evening before departure;
- Rooms will be available after 13:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure;
- Meals not consumed during the stay will not be deducted from the final bill;
- In order to make the reservation, you must provide your personal details. The operator will send the customer a booking confirmation letter, which will only be validated after the Hotel has received a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid by the date indicated on the confirmation letter.
