BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BASIC PACKAGES WITH HOTEL SERVICES ONLY (NO SKI PASS INCLUDED)

At the time of booking, a deposit of 20% of the total stay is required.

Hotel Zodiaco offers its guests the possibility of paying the balance of their stay in one of the following ways: in cash, by cheque, by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners Club), by debit card, by bank transfer before arrival at the hotel.

  • Payment by cheque will only be accepted if made on arrival at the hotel;
  • The balance of the stay in cash, credit card and debit card is due at the hotel the evening before departure;
  • Rooms will be available after 13:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure;
  • Meals not consumed during the stay will not be deducted from the final bill;
  • In order to make the reservation, you must provide your personal details. The operator will send the customer a booking confirmation letter, which will only be validated after the Hotel has received a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid by the date indicated on the confirmation letter.
If, on the other hand, the reservation is cancelled for demonstrable reasons of one's own (health or family), this regulation will be applied to the deposit paid:
- if the reservation is cancelled up to 45 days prior to arrival at the hotel, 90% of the deposit* will be returned;
- if the reservation is cancelled 44 to 20 days prior to arrival at the hotel, the 50% of the deposit* will be returned;
- if the reservation is cancelled 19 to 8 days prior to arrival at the hotel, 30% of the deposit* will be returned;
- if the reservation is cancelled 7 to 0 days prior to arrival at the hotel, the deposit will in no way be returned or frozen, even if the reservation is cancelled for justifiable and demonstrable reasons.

*The deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation of the booking is due to serious health or family reasons, such as bereavement etc., and adequately supported by appropriate certification (medical etc.). Alternatively, the customer is given the option of discounting the entire amount of the deposit at another time of the season, for a stay of the same duration as the one originally booked. Otherwise, the deposit will be discounted proportionally. The period and structure are at the discretion of the Costa Vacanze Hotels Club Management.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR STAYS WITH HOTEL + SKI PASS PACKAGES BOOKED AND CONFIRMED WITH A DEPOSIT BY 31 OCTOBER 2022 (SKI PASS PRICES LOCKED TO THE PREVIOUS SEASON)
At the time of booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required, to be sent no later than 31 October 2022.
When sending the deposit, you are also required to send the surname, first name and date of birth of each family member.
When booking and confirming a stay with the Hotel + Ski Pass packages, the deposit cannot be refunded for any justifiable and demonstrable reason.
In the event, however, of cancellation of the reservation:
up to 15 days before of the beginning of your stay, you can freeze the deposit and use it for your next stay by 31 December 2023;
14 to 0 days before the start of the staythe deposit will be retained in full, even if the reservation is cancelled for justifiable and demonstrable reasons.
In the event that, for any reason, the customer leaves earlier than the departure date stated in the confirmation letter, he/she shall only be required to pay for the days spent in the hotel and a penalty equal to the price of the room up to a maximum of three days (in accordance with hotel regulations).
Hotel Zodiaco prefers to handle bookings with weekly stays and with arrival/departure on Saturdays or Sundays. Stays of different durations and with midweek arrivals/departures may be evaluated together with the operator, subject to availability of the period chosen by the customer.The prices indicated in the daily and official hotel price list are valid for stays of at least 7 days.
Pets allowed: only small pets and accepted only if kept in the room. They are not allowed in common areas, especially in the dining room.
